We are now looking for a Product Specialist to join our Software Solutions team within the Solution Management department. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Our technology partners (both software and hardware) are a key-component in our go-to-market strategy, and we are partnering with leading global enterprises, as well as local partners with a strong regional/vertical presence. As a Global Partner Manager, you will be part of Axis’ Enterprise Systems team. The main responsibility of this team is to enable a wide range of technology partners’ applications by helping them support Axis products. You will develop a deep knowledge of our products and will work to identify and support new use cases and solutions. Your responsibility include creating and managing relationship with existing and new technology partners, developing close relationship with our sales team offering technical support and strategic advice. You are a confident communicator who will influence our technology partners but also promote them within Axis by bringing in their feedback to our product and solutions team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Drive and influence technology partners to support our market strategy
Develop, cultivate and drive relationship with our main technology partners
Develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions to fully support our technology partners
Promote partner needs and bring in their feedback to product and solutions engineering team
Actively participate in partner events and other external activities
The position requires travelling approximately 40 days a year WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We believe you have a technical university degree including software development as one component. You have at least 10 years of working experience with a few years of software development preferably with embedded devices. Experience working directly with customers and integrated solutions is considered a must and experience from account management or technical relation management responsibility is considered a great plus.

You have knowledge in software development processes and good understanding from networks and integrated solutions. You have international experience, preferably from a global environment and you have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

Furthermore, you have a desire to sell ideas and explain new technology and their business advantages. You are an open-minded person with a deep technology interest, a passion for system solutions and business realities. You like to work with a multitude of interfaces, still structured and strategic thinking. THE SOLUTION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Solution Management is globally responsible for the solution offering, sales support and professional services. This includes product, service and roadmap management for device capabilities, device management, software and solutions. In addition we offer the regions project sales support and partner interface in technical and connected strategic matters. Software Solutions is one out of four groups within Solution Management.
