We are now looking for a Global Partner Manager to join our System & Services organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our software partners, or Application Development Partners (ADP’s), are vital in the development of our partner network and a requirement to offer a full solution to the end customer. As Global Partner Manager, you will be the main contact for some of those partners. You will be responsible for driving and developing the relationship with focus on technology. Apart from several external interfaces you will work closely with a number of interfaces within Axis to ensure our products fit our partners’ application. Your main responsibility will be: 

* develop and maintain the relationship with our main ADP’s
* drive new technologies, products and solutions out to ourADP’s
* collect development partner needs and propagate these internally within Axis
* actively drive joint development with our partners and R&D so that together we offer a tightly integrated solution to our end-customers
* develop our services for our development partners and actively participate in the strategy work to develop our ADP’s
* presenting and actively participate in partner events and other external activities

You will work together in a team with four Global ADP Engineers andtwo Global Partner Managers. Outside the group you will work closely with R&D, Product Managers and Business Developers within Sales.

The position requires travelling around 50 days a year

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you have a technical university degree including software development as one component. You have at least 10 years of working experience with a few years of software development preferably with embedded devices. Experience working directly with customers and integrated solutions is considered a must and experience from account management or technical relation management responsibility is considered as a great plus.

You have knowledge in software development processes and good understanding fromIP networks and integrated solutions. You have international experience, preferably from a global environment and you have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

Furthermore, you have a desire to sell ideas and explain new technology and their business advantages. You are an open minded person with a deep technology interest, a passion for system solutions and business realities. You like to work with a multitude of interfaces, still structured and strategic thinking.

THE SYSTEM & SERVICES
System & Services is globally responsible for the service offering and technical solutions support. This includes product management for capabilities and solutions, design and coordination responsibility for service and support offerings, project sales support and partner interface in technical and connected strategic matters. Partner Management is one out of six groups within System & Services.
