We are looking for you with in depth knowledge of Payroll and Personnel Administration processes within IKEA, where you have had similar tasks on country level. If you come with knowledge in other areas such as Organisation Management, Administration, International Mobility and/or a willingness to learn it is an asset. We see that you knowledge skills and personal capabilities include:


• Hands on knowledge of GlobalView or similar HR systems
• Knowledge of Global and Local Mobility Processes
• Knowledge of local/country mobility cases set-up and working routines
• Strong analytical skills and quick to grasp new concepts
• Able to communicate with stakeholders
• Great presentation and facilitation skills
• Self-driven and able to organize and prioritise your own work
• Share knowledge and train others
• Excellent spoken and written English
• A passion to bring clarity, simplicity and standardization in everything you do
• Ability to travel (approx. 30%).


Of course, you love IKEA products and you are inspired by the IKEA business idea and values. You have a good understanding of retail business processes (knowledge of core IKEA processes is a bonus) and their link to the HR services, solutions and processes. Background in HR and Project Management would be a bonus. If you have experience from working in matrix and multi-functional organisations it is a valuable asset as well.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Payroll Specialist reports directly to the Payroll Manager in Group People and Culture, Total Rewards team. You will be working as the expert/internal consultant with the “Pay the Co-Worker” process and support our Payroll functions globally.


• Support the Payroll Manager and Total Rewards team in maintaining and developing HR policies, processes and solutions to reflect Group People and Culture and business requirements
• Secure co-operations with other parties e.g. Business Solutions Group Function and SSC/HRSCs
• Provide expert analysis and recommendation for non-standard change requests as in put for Change Control Boards
• Constantly update you expertise and be aware of new trends
• Provide training and information when required


This is a temporary position for 24 months. Location is Malmö, Sweden
