Global People Business Partner - Sweden

As part of the transition, we are looking to strengthen our team with an ambitious and skilled Global People Business Partner. You will be a part of an agile, global team that delivers tasks on prioritised areas across different businesses in Schibsted, with a dedicated responsibility for some of our Swedish businesses where expertise in local legislation is required.

You will be a credible and trusted People Business Partner who truly understands all aspects of the business and who dares to challenge with new thoughts and perspectives.

Your main tasks will be:

Drive and support implementation of HR initiatives, processes and programs across Schibsted and actively promote best practices

Work closely with local management teams to develop and implement the people strategy supporting the overall strategic objectives of the business

Be a strategic partner to the business on topics such as organisational design, compensation & benefits, coaching and performance management, legal inquiries, conflict resolution, talent management, employee satisfaction and retention

Provide expertise on country specific legislation and regulations

Partner with Centre of Excellence People functions on specialist topics (e.g. talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits) through our matrix organisation and collaborate in delivering specialist services and platforms to our business

Champion a world class employee experience

Drive performance and development processes including managing high potentials, facilitating succession, and support finding new talent

Deliver high business impact through relevant use of people data and analytics

To succeed in this position, we believe you have the following capabilities:

-
Comprehensive all-round HR expertise and experience including a clear understanding of the link between HR and the business strategy

-
Relevant education, minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant field

Preferably worked within a matrix organisation, and can demonstrate an understanding of what this entails

-
Solid understanding of Swedish employment legislation and regulations

-
Experience in organisational design and development

-
Experience in and interest for operational everyday HR, and an understanding of the fact that the success lies within getting the basics right

-
Experience in influencing and advising senior managers

-
Excellent collaboration and communication skills

-
Full professional proficiency in Swedish, excellent English skills, written and spoken

This role will be based in Stockholm and reports to Director of Global Business Partner Team. The role will be a key member of the local management team and be a part of an exciting global People community.
