Global People Communication Partner
Epiroc and the DSD division is undergoing an exciting business transformation and growth journey with the mission to accelerate the digital transformation. For this to happen excellent internal people communications is important.
Your team
In this role, you will be reporting to the Vice President People & Culture, and you will be part of the People and Culture team with colleagues responsible for global HR, Internal communications and SHEQ. In the team you will support our Global Senior Communications Strategist in a more operational role, where focus will be on producing and creating material.
Your mission
As a Global People Communications Partner, you play an important part in the development and implementation of the People Management strategy for the Digital Solutions Division. You will drive divisional people management and internal communications initiatives in line with the business strategy, to help creating a culture of innovation, agility & customer centricity. This means that you will work productively and operationally to produce material. You support fostering a future proof organization, being the division of choice with innovative and efficient people and internal communications processes where people flourish in our culture. The role also includes coordinating, supporting and driving forums such as Leadership forum and townhall meetings together with your colleagues. Coordinating and follow up the employee survey My voice as well as KPIs for the function. You will promote the usage of communication engagement tools and channels such as teams, MIRO, Mentimeter, Linkedin etc. You will also have the opportunity to drive projects in HR and internal communications for example, projects in employer branding, onboarding and projects that aim to increase diversity and inclusion. In summary, this role comes with a lot of opportunity to drive impactful people engagement initiatives in the division, in close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders.

You are a collaborative and customer centric professional with a strong drive to get things done. You are well organized and keen on delivery according to promise. You are well recognized for your professionalism, being pro-active and for having a solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability of taking strategy into execution, always with a mindset of “dare to think new”. Lastly you are expected to enjoy working independently but also in excellent collaboration with others.
Educational requirements and experience
* Experience from and strong interest for internal employer branding and a solid track record from working with employee and manager experience in HR and or internal communications processes.
* Knowledge and passion for using communications channels that are in forefront.
* Experience from driving people communication is a merit but the most important qualification is recognition as a role model for our values Collaboration, Commitment, and Innovation. Therefore, your personal skills will be most crucial.
* Basic knowledge in Sharepoint, good graphical skills and experience from using Adobe CC.
* Experience from merger and acquisition (M&A) and the onboarding process is meritorious.
* Degree in Communications or similar
* Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Location
The location for this role is in Perth in Australia, Johannesburg in South Africa, Santiago in Chile or Örebro/Stockholm/Luleå in Sweden. Occasional travel might be required in this role.
