To further enhance our performance, we are now hiring a Global People Excellence Specialist, Learning & Development to be positioned at HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. This position will be reporting to the People Excellence Manager, Learning & Development.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Drive the capability building initiatives for Mölnlycke individual contributors and leaders globally
Drive the successful and professional coordination of global learning and development programs
Ensure best practice delivery and return on investment to global programs


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop, activate and embed blended learning initiatives to meet the global capability needs of the business
Provide guidance, governance and support to the business in relation to learning design, instructional design and adult learning principles
Trusted key partner in developing a community of practice for learning
Coordinate the delivery of global learning and development programs and continuously enrich and advance the portfolio of programs
Drive the development of capability frameworks in the business
Support the business/functions in establishing practices for identifying and meeting learning needs
Follow up on return on investment on global learning initiatives
Reviewing of global training design
Vendor management and collaboration


CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience from working with learning systems and design tools
Experience from learning design, adult learning principles, instructional design
Relevant academic background within HR, Business administration or similar.
Strong project Management skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written (English)
Experience from working with event management, including coordination with senior stakeholders
Experience from working with a global audience and stakeholders across different markets
Experience from working with external partners and vendors
