We are now hiring a Global People Excellence Specialist, Learning systems and technology to join the People Excellence Team. This position will sit at HQ, Gothenburg or any of our European hubs and report to the Global People Excellence Manager, Learning & Development – TBD.
The purpose of the position is to support the successful embedment and application of learning system and technology for the business, as well as being a trusted partner for People and IT in Learning technology and digitalization for the L&D Space.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the successful maintenance and improvement of the LMS platform and associated tools, in collaboration with IT and service provider
Lead the knowledge build for service desk operators and oversee the service
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive priorities and improvements for the Learning tech area
Enhance the technical capabilities of the LMS and associated platforms
LMS superuser and system administrator for the business
Collate and review Learning tech requirements to be fed in to the broader People system landscape
Provide data and analytics from the LMS to the business to drive performance and usability

CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience from working with Learning and People related technology (e.g. SABA and SuccessFactors)
Experience from learning system and/or HRIS systems
Relevant academic background within HR, Business administration, IT or similar.
Strong Project Management skills
Strong communication skills, verbal and written (English)
Experience from working with learning system landscape
Experience from working with a global audience and stakeholders across different markets
Experience from working with external partners and vendors
Experience from working with IT processes such as test and validation
Experience from learning, talent and succession processes
