Now we are looking for our new Global People and Leadership Leader. This role will allow for you to interact with colleagues across the entire company and at a variety of positions and roles, you will make friends with people all over the world!
Your Mission
As a Global People and Leadership Lead, you will play an important part in the development and implementation of the People Management strategy for the Epiroc Technology and Digital Division with strong focus on the merger and acquisition process, developing digital skills and maturity and change management.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
• Drive divisional people management initiatives in line with the business strategy:
o Organization and Culture that enables business needs
o Elevate leadership that empower
o Fuel Epiroc for the future, attract and develop engaged employees
o Diversity and inclusion will boozt innovation
• Examples of people management initiatives can be for examples projects in Global employer branding, in developing digital skills and digital maturity and Projects that aim to increase Diversity and inclusion.
• You will also give HR support for selected global divisional functions and as such develop and execute initiatives within people and leadership in order to maximize business performance.
In summary, this role comes with a lot of opportunity to drive impactful people and leadership initiatives in the division, in close collaboration with both local and global stakeholders. As a Global People and Leadership Lead you will report to Vice President HR, Communications & SHEQ, ETD.
Your Profile
This is a senior role that require strong self-management skills and strong capabilities in influencing others, and you are expected to enjoy working independently but in excellent collaboration with others. You have a pro-active and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability of taking strategy into execution, always with a mindset of "dare to think new". We are therefore looking for a business focused professional with strategic executions skills and with a strong track record from working with people and leadership processes in an international context.
We see that our candidate have;
• Strong experience from human resources preferably in a global context
• Experience from leadership is a merit but the most important qualification is recognition as a role model for our values Collaboration, Commitment and Innovation. Therefore, your personal skills will be most crucial.
• Strong business understanding and strategic execution skills.
• Experience from merger and acquisition (M&A) and the onboarding process is meritorious
• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
