We are now looking for a Global People Process & Compliance Specialist to join our People Excellence Team. The role is based at our Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
At Mölnlycke, regulatory requirements are applied to the full employee lifecycle to ensure that we can design and deliver safe products for our customers. In this role you will be driving the compliance perspective across the different parts of the lifecycle, including regulatory training. You will use your broad HR experience to design and implement effective processes, with a particular focus on simplification. You will work together with Subject Matter Experts across locations and functions to drive this area forward across the global Mölnlycke organisation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design and embed effective global People (HR) processes in order to meet regulatory and legal requirements for the industry
Secure that global policies, procedures in the people area are relevant and accurate
In collaboration with QA and legal, support the People function in achieving regulatory compliance within the key global People (HR) processes and be audit ready
Provide guidance for on-site audits at HQ in relation to People processes
Support other local sites as necessary with audit readiness
Monitor the global internal audit process to identify any continuous improvement area relating to the People function
Identify, apply and improve system and tools so that user experience and effectiveness can be enhanced
Drive the coordination of Global Mandatory training


KEY DECISIONS
Trusted advisor in decisions regarding process, system and approach to compliance for the People function globally
In collaboration with IT, QA, Legal, People and other critical functions; make decisions to simplify and harmonise process, system and approach to compliance so that Mölnlycke can effective meet regulatory and legal requirements.
Part of Global training review board and mandatory training coordinator for nominated functions.


CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:
Academic background within Human Resources, Business administration, Project Management or similar.
Broad experience from working with People (HR) processes, including process development, policy and procedure
Strong Project Management skills
Strong communication skills
Experience from working with HR and/or training in a regulated environment


Nice to have:
Experience from working with external standards, such as ISO
Experience from working with CAPA processes, internal audits and continuous improvement
Experience from working with system integration, implementation and deployment
