We are now looking for a key person to lead our Global Performance team. We are on a digital transformation journey and looking for a person who sees possibilities and finds new ways of working with digital marketing. We are currently active in 50+ markets and are constantly testing new countries where we can grow.
YOUR CHALLENGE
As the Global Performance Lead you will be responsible for the daily operation and drive performance marketing excellence. You will be responsible for our branding and performance budget and optimise the performance marketing budget across different channels, together with your performance/media team and our agency.
In order to succeed in this role, you need to have extensive experience of working with performance marketing. You need to be data-driven and able to evaluate different KPI:s through different phases in the consumer journey. You also need to have a deep understanding of technical metrics and have a close collaboration together with our BI, Tech and E-commerce teams.
You will be working across the organisation and have colleagues and direct reports around the world - where your role is to drive and enable important marketing tasks that will make a real difference for our stakeholders. Be a core driver when it comes to performance marketing. Find new ways of working with digital marketing, where our ambition for the future of DW is nothing but the highest.
Summary of scope:
- Lead our media/performance team and be responsible for optimization across different channels as SEM, display, social media, affiliate and ensure highest possible ROI.
- Work with technology partner and ensure we implement all tracking and measurement correct. Set a data strategy to leverage data in paid media and drive attribution project.
- Excellence in full funnel strategy and set different KPIs in each phase of the funnel. Together with Global Head of media set an excellent global media strategy.
- Be an enabler of digital marketing success across the organisation, with the help and support of key stakeholders in the Marketing department
- You will belong to the Global Media team and report directly to the Global Head of Media & SEO
WHO YOU ARE
You have excellent communication skills and are used to work in a global organisation. We also believe that you love to work with people; taking them onboard our journey to marketing excellence!
- 7+ years at digital agency or similar role with core expertise in performance marketing
- 3+ years leader experience
- Experience from working with international brands/marketing campaigns
- Broad and proven experience in driving successful campaigns in a digital eco-system
- Commercially driven and a genuine interest in why and how to reach success
- A natural leader in how to bring clarity in a project and what you need from others to succeed
- Innovative and result-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to keep your work structured and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and team-driven colleague that know that true magic happens when people collaborate
