Join our Global Supply Hub and Transportation team - we are a small, agile and skilled team with a positive attitude that strive for better solutions and continuous improvements.


Your mission
As Global Planner you play a key part in our global supply planning function, in which you will act as the spider-in-the-web. You will be responsible for both analysis, decisions and communication of supply constrained items in Epiroc supply chain for spare parts but also in some cases cross-divisionally and cross-functionally towards our Distribution Centers and other Epiroc functions.

The role is responsible for daily prioritization of manual allocated items as well as coordination, allocation and prioritization of constrained items based on marketing council’s guideline. You will analyze, handle and coach any escalations and complex request from within the organization or our customers.


Your profile
You come from a background in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management and project management with very good understanding of supply chain, logistics and operations. We think you have at least 5 years previous experience in global supply chain and global distribution systems and processes. Prior knowledge working with MRP tools is advantageous. You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

To enjoy the work as Global Planner, it is important that you have a genuine interest in both technology, people and teamwork. You must be very communicative and enjoy building trustful relationships in combination with strong analytical skills. Further, you are organized and solution-oriented with the confidence and ability to independently act and deliver in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

As this is a global role, strong English communication skill both verbal and written are required. Additional language skills are a huge asset.


Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
