About your job
In this position, you support our sales, focusing on the medium to long term horizon – making sure that the products of your responsibility are available as per the organization's service levels. You have a holistic view from Production Unit to Global Warehouse, and further out in the supply network.
You’re maintaining the global level of safety requirements, as well as analyzing and making plans for slow moving inventory. Contributing to Sales and Operations Planning for the specific Product Line and utilizing the reporting tools available to make necessary analysis is part of your job. You’re also the point of contact for regional planning.
The location for this position is Sandviken and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office work with work from home or any other location.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering and management or economics. You have a few years' experience within the logistics industry, preferably focusing on planning, as well as a strong understanding of excel functionality and experience in customer service. Knowledge of Voyager and SAP is a plus. Working in a truly global environment calls for proficiency in English and Swedish.
You’re proactive, analytical and use agile ways of working – being able to solve problems and making decisions in uncertain situations. You manage lots of details and information, which calls for structured ways of working and the ability to shift priorities. With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you're able to build strong relationships and work with multiple stakeholders.
