By utilizing Tetra Pak’s modern logistics platform, we serve our customers all over the world with spare parts via our distribution centres in Lund, Chakan (India), Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Our aim is to be a world class spare part provider to our customers.
We are now looking for a Global Planning & Data Expert, to join our Planning & Quality team in Services Supply Network (SSN) within Tetra Pak Services. We have the task to secure the best customer experience by optimizing and securing availability of spare parts, consumables and upgrades in our global network of distribution centres.
The role is full time and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As our new Global Planning & Data Expert you will join a great team and play an important role in optimising our global planning. The role includes:
Drive global availability and healthy stock turnover in Services Supply Network
Drive and develop Sales and Operational Planning
Be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of supply network planning
Develop, improve and utilize Services Supply Network planning system
Drive and secure cost-effective introductions with optimal availability of; parts, consumables and upgrades in collaboration with the business
Drive and develop proactive and reactive counter measures for changes in availability and stock value
Drive productivity and automation across the department
Develop applications and/or scripts to automate or complement and improve our current processes.
Develop reports and dashboards cross Services Supply Network
Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to secure strategic and operational efficiency and quality
Collaborate globally with colleagues & stakeholders on stocking decisions
We believe you have
We believe that you have:
A master’s degree in logistics, mechanics or similar
Experience and practical knowledge of supply chain, inventory management and statistics.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in SAP ECC and APO SPP is a plus
Knowledge in python, Powe BI, SQL or any high-level language is also an advantage
To be successful in this role you need like to get things done, you have excellent analytical skills and a high level of business understanding. You are used to form, drive, and implement concrete action plans from your analysis. You are used to work with large data sets, and you use your programming skills to automate and build various applications and dashboards to continuously improve business decisions.
As a person you are result oriented, structured, and driven. You like to work in teams and have excellent networking skills.
