We are looking for a Global Planning Expert, who join our team in Parts Supply Chain (PSC) within Tetra Pak Services Operations. We have the task to design and implement a single process from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As a part of this organisation, Planning & Quality works to secure global availability and quality of parts to meet our customer demands.
We have a modern logistics platform serving customers all over the world from our Distribution Centers in Lund, Moscow, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Our aim is being a world class logistics provider.
We are looking for a Global Planning Expert to manage the planning of spare parts in our global network. Your main target is to secure a high availability towards our customers and at the same time optimize the stock financially. To your help you have a SAP based network planning system Service Parts Planning (SPP).
As Global Planning Expert you drive and develop both proactive and reactive, strategic and tactical countermeasures to maximize our availability and stock value.
This role is 12 months temporary position and is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As our next Global Planning Expert you will:
Perform analysis, drive and implement project & activities to improve global availability and inventory turnover
Develop and Drive our Sales and Operational Planning Process.
Utilize and improve Parts Supply Chain planning system (SPP)
Drive and secure a cost-effective introduction with high availability of new Parts, Consumables and Upgrades in collaboration with the business.
Design and develop routines and tools to support the development of our department
Being part of challenge and develop the existing distribution network structure
Who you are
To be successful in this position you have excellent analytical skills and a high level of business under-standing. You are used to form, drive and implement concrete action plans from your analysis. As a person you are result oriented, structured and driven. You like to work in teams and have very good networking skills.
You have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and are used to work with large amount of data sets. Understanding SAP R/3 is a plus but not required. Program languages as Python is also a plus. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. We believe you are a doer that have very good theoretical (preferably a M.Sc. University degree) and practical knowledge of inventory management, supply chain and statistics.
