Global Planning Expert

We are looking for a Global Planning Expert, to join our Planning & Quality team in Services Supply Network (SSN) within Tetra Pak Services.
We have the task to secure the best customer experience by optimizing and securing availability of spare parts in our global network of distribution centres.
By utilizing our modern logistics platform we serve customers all over the world with spare parts via our distribution centres in Lund, Moscow, Shanghai, Dubai, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. Our aim is to be a world class spare part provider to our customers.
We are now looking for a Global Planning Expert to manage the planning of spare parts in our global network. Main tasks are to secure high availability of spare parts and at the same time optimize the stocks from a financial perspective. We are today using an SAP based network planning system; Service Parts Planning (SPP).
As Global Planning Expert you would drive and develop both proactive and reactive, strategic, and tactical initiatives and countermeasures to optimize availability and stock value.
The role is full time and based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As our next Global Planning Expert you will:
Perform analysis, drive and implement projects & activities to improve global availability and inventory turnover
Develop and drive our Sales and Operations Planning Process
Utilize and improve Services Supply Network planning system (SPP)
Drive and secure a cost-efficient introduction with high availability of new Parts, Consumables and Upgrades
Design and develop routines and tools to support our digitalization journey
Secure optimized global network structure

Who you are
To be successful in this position you have excellent analytical skills and a high level of business understanding. You are used to form, drive and implement concrete action plans from your analysis. As a person you are result oriented, structured and driven. You like to work in teams and have very good networking skills.
You have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and are used to work with large amount of data sets. Understanding of SAP R/3 is a plus but not required. Knowledge in Business Intelligence and different programming languages is also a plus. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. We believe you are a doer that have very good theoretical (preferably a M.Sc. University degree) and practical knowledge of inventory management, supply chain and statistics.
