We are now recruting a Global Planning Manager to strengthen our global Supply Chain team. The position is placed at our head office in Vika, Falun. As the Global Planning Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing the global planning in Dellner worldwide. Your overall focus is to improve our efficiency and safeguard delivery on time in accordance with our targets. An important part will be to proactively lead change management to improve the supply chain, processes and resource needed. A natural part of the job is also to support competence development within logistics and planning.

In the role as Global Planning Manager you will be working together with the local Operations Managers and/or Logistic Managers and their subordinates. You and your team will be the ones supporting, developing and pushing the local organizations to make the right prioritizations and decisions. In this role you will be leading a team of twelve employees.

You report to the Vice President Supply Chain and part of the Supply Chain management team. The position includes travelling worldwide approximately 40 days per year.

The successful candidate will have the following profile: 
Education & Job experiences


• University degree within the area of the responsibility
• Relevant work experiences from Logistics/Supply chain
• Experienced leader

Personal skills


• A clear and communicative leadership
• Organized and a structured approach combined with an open attitude
• Team oriented with well developed interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues, other departments and subsidiaries.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Swedish
