Our Exciting Opportunity!
The MS IT & ADM Portfolio & Offering unit is a diverse team in the Service Area (SA) MS IT & ADM of Ericsson’s Managed Services Business Area (BMAS). It focuses on developing IT services for communication service providers and hyperscale cloud providers. The unit is looking for a Global Portfolio Director. You will report to the Head of the Portfolio & Offering unit. This role focuses on activating new offerings in the market working closely with Marketing and Communication (M&C) team.
You will
Build and execute marketing and communications plans aligning business priorities of the unit interacting with M&C Marketing, the Market Areas, Internal Communications, and external agencies
Execute on marketing assets and facilitate activation internally and externally
Represent unit in M&C forums – with focus on KAM and MS IT & ADM Domain leads
Be the point of contact for driving and ensuring the execution of events
Responsibility includes market area activation of new offerings and portfolio updates with the objective of growing portfolio awareness
Support value proposition discussions, and workshops with industry analysts as/if needed.
Represent the unit in cross-SA or BA improvement and key improvement initiatives
To be successful in the role you have
A relevant university degree
Extensive experience of working in the Telco and IT & ADM domains
Deep Market and Customer insight/understanding
Value argumentation skills (customer/brand/portfolio)
Very good project planning skills
Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
Quality-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written as well as good communication skills
Ability to work independently with excellent leadership skills!
