Your mission
The Global Portfolio Manager role is in place to act as the true CEO of all customer solutions within the trucks portfolio, assuming full profit and loss responsibility for that portfolio. Through Epiroc global network embrace and support our customers in transformational change and optimization in mining through enhanced safety technology, digitalization, automation, energy efficiency and electrification.
Ensuring that we maintain our market leading position and world class technology solutions across the product portfolio including Mine Truck Automation, 6th sense digital offerings and sustainable electrification solutions.
In this role you will have equal responsibility for sales including:
* Setting regional KPI’s including revenue, profit and inventory;
* Setting local price levels;
* Ensure that sales are executed in line with those targets.
As the Global Portfolio Manager must also understand the rolling forecast demand for all products within their portfolio, and work closely with our sales organization and backline functions to minimize changes and optimize the forecasting process as part of their responsibility for the sales and operations planning process. You are responsible for understanding their markets for their business, their position and penetration in those markets, and their market shares to a product level.

You are a team-player and enjoy sharing with your colleagues.
You have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or university degree or similar. You should have minimum of 5 years of Minimum of five (5) years of experience in people management and experience in the mining or construction aftermarket equipment field is highly preferred.
* Highly motivated, "hands on", energized, enthusiastic with passion and commitment for doing things in the right way without risking loss of business.
* Experience working across different cultures
* Strong comprehension of basic and intermediary financial statements and calculations
* Strong understanding of commercial documentation / contracts is an asset
* Direct sales or commercial experience is considered an asset
* Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams
* Familiarity with Epiroc underground product line and / or competitor underground equipment or similar equipment
* Strong written and verbal communications; native level fluency in English, additional languages an asset
Analytical including strong data analysis, data visualization and presentation skills.
Direct Reports
Two direct reports for this position, Global Product Manager and Global Sales Support.
Location & travel
Location to be decided, preferably Sweden, occasional travel will be required in this position.
