Global Pricing Manager Repair Parts

You will in this position be part of the Repair Parts Department within the Global Parts organization which is diverse team of Product and Pricing managers. In this position you will be globally responsible mainly for setting and maintaining recommended retail prices, resolving price complaints and representing pricing within global work groups such as Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and aftermarket projects. Our product and price offers shall enhance the total experience of owning and operating Volvo construction equipment.

We seek a talented and service minded person with excellent networking skills, a strong natural driving force and an interest for interaction with people in different positions and from different cultures. Strong analytical ability with proven knowledge in Excel/Access and IS/IT are preferred skills.

Main Responsibilities
To update the pricing system GPPS with retail prices and product data

Analyze and resolve price complaints

Support and manage daily price requests

Price code classifications

Represent the department in aftermarket projects

Competences
Relevant degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience

Customer focused and good analytical skills to understand the true need of customers

Self-motivated with a strong drive and able to manage time and prioritize work load

Analytic and structured approach

Good communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in English written and spoken is required, other languages are qualifying

Strong track record of skills in Microsoft Office programs and IS/IT

Project management experience is a merit

Technical understanding of construction equipment machinery is a preferred merit
