Lead and ensure primary process usability and performance with purpose to increase value to our customers in a clear alignment with function/s owners impacted by the primary process. This includes an end-to-end primary process design, a secured primary process implementation and a proper launch, develop and introduction of process improvements (CI and/or new BT Projects).
What you will do
Ensure that the primary process is aligned with the overall process purpose and that it continuously delivers on desired business and customer outcomes
Ensure and end to end primary process design aligned with the overall process with also the focus to simplify primary process where possible
Follow up on primary process measurements by analysing trends, by identifying issues/problems and by taking active decisions for corrective actions
Collaborate in driving continuous improvements (CI) together with clusters/operating units and line organisations
Lead actively the quantum leap changes by defining and delivering the Process Roadmap (BT Projects) together with clusters/operating units and line organisations
Lead definition of the activities priorities within the global process team in alignment to the function/s owners impacted by the primary process
Collaborate with Clusters/Operating Units and line organization to create, lead and deliver the process roadmap (including BT-projects) to increase value to customers
Contribute to the assignment of Business Process Coaches to activities/projects and help to develop and broader their process end to end competences
Contribute to set and deliver process KPIs based on desired business and customer outcomes
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in project coordination office management and finance.
We believe you have a University degree within commerce or business administration and you have >10 years of experience from working in project coordination office related to processing and packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
