To support Mölnlycke’s next level of growth, and further develop the way we work in the Finance, IT and People/HR functions, Mölnlycke is establishing a new Global Business Services centre (GBS).
The GBS will be located at Mölnlycke’s headquarters in Gothenburg, complemented by two regional hubs: one in Americas and one in APAC. Once fully populated, the GBS, including the two hubs, will comprise some 100 people.
The launch of the GBS is planned to 1 March 2021 and we are actively recruiting for vacant positions!
We are now looking for a Global Process Developer who will be responsible for continuous improvement and development of the processes owned and used by the GBS Service Desk (Knowledge, Incident & Request management), to gain operational excellence, identify efficiencies and continuously increasing service quality.
Key Accountabilities
Work closely with the Head of Service Desk to realize continuous improvements in the processes and ways of working
Continuously map, understand and analyse the process flows and operational procedures to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes
Develop and support the implementation of processes and working methods to increase efficiency
Advice on technology enablers to support efficient processes, together with IT and super users
Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and self-service across the entire Mölnlycke global organization
Coach, guide and support in ways of working
Manage the transformation of the processes by critically and continuously reviewing the process across in terms of usage and efficiency; suggesting and driving improvement
Define, implement and measure the relevant process performance indicators in order to drive value, quality, efficiency, usage and compliance
Responsible to develop new or improved process flows, working procedures and support mechanisms
Work closely with the Service Desk organization in order to capture and identify improvement opportunities
Align all process changes with Head of Service Desk and drive the implementation while coordinating both within and outside of the GBS
Provide education and trainings for new process changes
Create and update relevant process documents
Cooperate with Product Owner Service Desk and global IT organization to find technical tools, software and systems supporting process flow optimization where needed
Keeping up-to-date with general developments in the area of ITSM, ESM and ITIL.

Training and knowledge management lifecycle for each process area
Process changes to facilitate broadening the scope of support for the Service Desk
Change and transformation management and drive initiatives
Be able to think holistically and understand and manage complex cross functional processes
Attention to detail/quality and acting in line with company policies
Excellent analytical skills, capable of turning data into meaningful information and presentations
Business partnering profile; a good listener with a good understanding of general business issues
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to set priorities and create focus on accomplishing set objectives

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience of process development/ business optimization in an international corporate environment
MedTech background a plus
Excellent Process Development and Process Management Skills
High level of IT literacy including deep understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB), self-service portals and user experiences
Experience and understanding of ITSM and ITIL
General understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions
Fluent in English, spoken and written
