We are now recruiting for a Global Process Developer OTC (Order-To-Cash) to our HQ in Gothenburg, responsible for developing the global end-to-end process and being in the center and a key driver of the transformation journey now ongoing here at Mölnlycke.
You will work closely with the Head of OTC/Team Manager/other GPDs/other corporate functions and local markets to realize continuous improvements in the OTC process in order to support Mölnlycke’s current and future business targets in this process area. To succeed in this role, you should drive simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization across the global OTC process organization, based on best-practice and peer benchmark.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage the transformation of the OTC process by critically and continuously reviewing the process across functions and geographies; suggesting and driving improvements and harmonization
Interact with a number of various stakeholders cross-markets (sales companies)/-functions (GCC, Logistics, etc.) and -business areas in process improvements matters to facilitate and realize implementation in operation
Responsible to document and develop new and/or improve current process flows, lists of rules and procedures
Work closely with the delivery team of the OTC organization in order to capture and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate exceptions and deviations, both from an operational as-is but also to-be process and IT perspective, together with key stakeholders

Ability to set structure, priorities and create focus on accomplishing set objectives
Be able to think holistically and understand and manage complex cross functional processes as well as communicating with a number of stakeholders and interfaces
Excellent analytical skills, capable of turning data into meaningful information and presentations
Business partnering profile; a good listener with a good understanding of general business issues
Self-motivated and self-directed team player with high energy and personal drive
Process & systems oriented, driving improved quality and efficiency, taking time to understand best practice and trends


Qualifications & Experience:
University degree – Bachelor/Master in accounting, finance or business administration
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience of process development/ business optimization in an international corporate environment with experience from management consulting/Big4 company as a plus
Excellent Process Development and Process Management Skills
High level of IT literacy including excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
Experience and understanding of SAP ERP
General understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions
Fluent in English, spoken and written
