Global Process Driver Primary Processes Order Management, Production & Shipping

Are you motivated by working with people and change management and prepared to make difference within process improvements?
Order Management, Production & Shipping are three primary processes within Order Fulfilment Capital Equipment at Tetra Pak.In this position you will drive and coordinate the process redesign and Implementation activities within the Order Management, Production & Shipping process globally, ensuring the end-to-end efficiency of the primary processes and alignment between Packaging and Processing.You are working in a matrix organisation and interacting with other core processes driving change and improvements and supporting local production managers team and process drivers.This position will report to the Global OFCE Process Director.
You will:
-Drive and coordinate design, implementation and improvement of the global Order Management, Production and Shipping processes
-Drive alignment with SAP, and drive new IT-tools from a business perspective
-Align interfaces with other Core processes
-Lead process design team for sub-processes within Order Management, Production & Shipping
-Develop and follow up measures for Order Management, Production & Shipping
Kvalifikationer
To succeed in the role you must be flexible, systematic and goal-oriented with strong personal drive and exceptional communication and relationship skills.You have the ability to anticipate and understand complex situations and to place priority and structure to work related matters.
You are familiar with Lean/WCM principles and experienced within Change management to improve supply chain performance.You have, at least, 4 years of experience in the field of industrialization, supply chain and/or production.Experience in SAP/R3 will be considered a plus and you must of course be fluent in English written and spoken.
