Would you like to be part of the journey towards a better Financial Crime defence in Nordea? We are now looking for a Senior FC Process Expert who is eager to participate in governing, improving and supporting the KYC Services processes for BB. The candidate must have operational experience and process expertise in the corporate KYC processes.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the Operational Process Management Team 1 team. In our area of Operational Process Management, We are a team of experienced Process Managers and Specialists covering the KYC Services processes. Our team is located across the Nordics, Poland and Estonia.
Together with our partners in the relevant KYC Service’s operational units, Group Financial Crime Prevention and the respective Business Areas – we empower KYC Services with holistic and proportionate processes. Our vision is to be recognised for unified ways of creating, maintaining, improving and developing KYC Services processes, with aligned governance models and frameworks – setting a mature baseline for expansion and integration of other process areas.
As the Senior FC Process Expert, you will ensure that group wide and global guidance are translated into clear and comprehensive work instructions, which support effective and proportionate management of financial crime risks. In order to ensure Operational Excellence and best practice, your role will be to stay close to operations and provide support and guidance towards our key speaking partners.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the BB teams within KYC Services
* Supporting the Process Manager responsible for overseeing the functional process team and deliveries
* Driving continuous improvement with impact assessment and implementation of the instructions and processes
* Participating in relevant projects, be called upon to drive initiatives and be a speaking partner towards our stakeholders, KYC RM, GFCC, GL and your team members
You’ll be a part of a global team in Operational Process Management. The role is based in Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
* Must have a solid knowledge of KYC Processes with operational experience in performing Due Diligence in the Corporate KYC process throughout the lifecycle
* Strongly preferred to have experience working with the creation and governance of processes and instructions
* Strongly preferred to have experience in implementation, training and operational delivery
* Preferably have ICA, ACAMS or equivalent international certification
* Must be Excellent in English (both written and spoken)
* Nordic language in addition is a plus
* Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
