Repair is a part of the hardware make process within Ericsson and BUGS, repair solutions, is the main stakeholder and owner of the process.One of the first activities is to set a future strategy together with repair solutions in order to have a common goal and time plan e.g.regarding ONE implementation.You will also be responsible for the knowledge transfer regarding on going activities within the process.Utbildning/erfarenhet You need to have an university degree, at least comparable with 120 points, or relevant similar training and experiences within the area.Furthermore you have: - experience of SAP related projects, such as the ONE-implementation within Ericsson, and process development activities - project management skills, to be able to lead and plan project activities - networking skills -good writing and verbal skills in Swedish as well as in English, you are a prerequisite since the work involves a lot of internal and external contacts.You have a strong interest in process development and IS/IT-solutions.You should have a flexible way of working and an ability to prioritize and achieve results.You should like to work with different tasks assignments both internally and externally.
