Scania is looking for a Global process owner and lead for SuccessFactor Performance & Goal processes.

A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business-driven HR. Performance & Goals is one of the important People processes in our organisation and is closely connected to Talent management processes as well as Compensation.
We are looking for a global process owner and lead for performance & goals management. In this role you are responsible for the design and implementation of the performance & goals module of SAP Successfactors and the End 2 End process ownership of performance & goals. You will be a part of the Talent & Succession team and operate within the HR Foundation project supported by a process sponsor, which is a member of the HR management team.
To succeed in this role, you should be an engaged and experienced senior HR professional with a passion to design, develop, implement global processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders and global HR teams . You strive for optimized global solutions, yet ensuring statutory elements are enabled.
In your role, you will be:
• Accountable for the Design, Development and Implementation of global End 2 End processes and SAP SuccessFactors solution for the Performance & Goals area
• Accountable for developing policys and guidelines relevant for the Performance & Goals processes implementation, and aligning with overall HR Foundation project time line and change management plans
• Working closly with interlinked processes owners to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Partner with all Business Unit representatives to design long term strategies and plans for continued process improvement
• Ensure consistency among given HR processes, and compliance with company and external legal and regulatory requirements
Your profile
• At least 3-5 years of experience from leading projects and developing global frameworks and processes related to Performance management in a global company, preferably working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong partner to business understanding their needs, and the ability to create, sustain, and leverage diverse networks of contacts inside / outside Scania
• Solution oriented with the ability to think innovatively, focusing on the customer experience
• Experience in a HR Shared Services environment from a global company with a proven track record of managing complexity and statutory elements across Business Units, Countries and Employee categories
• Experience in a HR Shared Services environment from a global company
• Strong written and verbal English language skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
