Global Process Owner, Marketing and Sales

Sandvik Materials Technology (SMT) is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading world manufacturer of high-value-added products in stainless steel materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials and process systems.Product areas comprise Tube, Strip, Wire and Heating Technology, Process Systems and MedTech.We are now looking for a Global Process Owner (GPO), Marketing and Sales.Key performance areas The primary tasks of the Global Process Owner include: -Creating and implementing global marketing processes.-Setting up processes concerning the organization of Portfolio Management.-Developing and coordinating marketing activities.-Creating an active business intelligence process that will support operational business decisions.-Establishing processes for, and execution of, customer surveys.-Organizing common training programmes for the Sandvik sales organization.The GPO Strategic Marketing and Sales will report directly to the SMT Marketing and Sales Director and will work worldwide in a network of Regional Sales Managers and Marketing and Sales Managers from the various Product Areas.Your profile The successful applicant will possess a university degree within the marketing and sales area, or similar professional experience.You should also have documented marketing and sales experience within Sandvik.Additional skills within marketing and sales, such as product management, are advantages.You should have a strong interest in communicating and be able to do so successfully with many different people in many different environments You are experienced in driving change processes and are skilled at stakeholder management and creating networks.Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.Other languages are an advantage.Your most important personal traits include self motivation, independence and that you have a genuine interest in business and people.We work according to our core values and would like you to be a team player with an open mind who runs his/her professional activities in accordance with Fair Play.
