Scania is looking for a Global process owner and lead for Performance & Goal processes

Scania is undergoing a transformation from a supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to a supplier of end-to-end sustainable transport solutions. We are on the road to a shift towards digitalization, electrification, and automation. A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business-driven HR. Performance & Goals is one of the important People processes in our organisation and is closely connected to Talent management processes as well as Compensation.

 

We are looking for a global process owner and lead for performance & goals management.

In this role you are responsible for the design and implementation of the performance & goals module globally. As a project manager you will drive your global team to find the best common solution and implement them internationally. In doing this you will also be a part of the change management that drives our HR transformation.

You will be a part of the Talent & Succession team, which besides Performance & Goals also includes Succession, high potential programs and Onboarding.

To succeed in this role, you should be an engaged and experienced HR professional with a passion to design, develop, implement global processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders and global HR teams . You strive for optimized global solutions, yet ensuring statutory elements are enabled.

In your role, you will be: 


• Accountable for the Design, Development and Implementation of the processes Performance & Goals area which also entails the creation and implementation of SuccessFactor
• Accountable for developing policies and guidelines relevant for the Performance & Goals processes implementation, and aligning with other stakeholders
• Managing a global team with project members from other business units to design long term strategies and plans for continued process
• Ensure consistency among given HR processes, and compliance with company and external legal and regulatory requirements
• Part of the Talent &Succession team where we work together and are fully dedicated to develop our scope together and supports one another in both big and small

Your profile 


• At least 3 years of experience from leading projects and developing global frameworks and processes related to Performance management in a global company
• Experience from a global company with a proven track record of managing complexity and statutory elements across Business Units and countries
• Experience from working with processes which involves both “Blue and white collar”
• Knowledge from implementing SAP SuccessFactors will benefit you in this role
• Fluent in English (oral and writing) is required
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field
• Strong partner to business and understands their needs,
• Networks easily withing your areas of expertise, both internal and externally
• Solution oriented with the ability to think innovatively, focusing on the customer experience
