Key Performance areas The GPO role is a customer driven function focusing on developing and maintaining the work procedures, methods and instruments in order to always conduct HR at world class level.The prioritized objectives in the role are to ensure that: .All demands on strategic HR information are fulfilled..Continued development of global Workforce Administration processes..The strategy for foundation and organizational data in our HRMS (PeopleSoft) is developing according to the business needs..A Business Intelligence solution is developed that enables effective business analysis and strategic planning based on reported data in PeopleSoft..Established Key Performance Indicators for Sandvik HR are monitored..Compliance with data protection & privacy regulations is globally coordinated and ensured..Continuous follow up and benchmarking is done of global developments in the process area. Your profile You have several years of experience from a multinational business in a similar role in which you are the driving force.You have a great understanding of how Workforce Administration can contribute to the success of the business.You are interested in HR/IT and stay ahead of the latest developments.You value teamwork and enjoy meeting the customers in Sandvik's global organization, which requires traveling 30-50 days annually.Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing is a requirement.
