Your Mission
Supply Chain is a dynamic and fast-developing area in the modern world, and so is Epiroc. Our team’s mission is to create a competitive advantage for Epiroc through world-class supply chain processes and standards. As a Global Business Process Specialist, you will:

* Design and Optimize Processes: Develop and implement processes that align with the supply chain area, focusing on long-term ownership and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with Different Business Units: Work closely with various sites and functions to align requirements and ensure cross-functional integration.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and drive ongoing enhancements and automations in supply chain operations on a global scale, including assessing the impact of changes and improvements to ensure they deliver tangible business benefits.
* Support Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams to support the development, testing, and deployment of new solutions in ERP or connected applications.
* Facilitate Training and Support: Changes often require change management, and a key aspect of change management is training. Within your role, you will assist business units with "how-to" questions and develop training materials to enhance user adoption.

Your Profile
To succeed in this position, you need to have:

* A university degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum five years of experience in the supply chain area, with a proven track record of managing improvement projects.
* Understanding of all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
* In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, preferably M3 or SAP, and how they integrate with supply chain processes.
* Experience in ERP rollouts and ERP configurations. 
* Ability to map, analyze, and redesign supply chain processes to achieve better performance and cost-effectiveness.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus (especially Spanish).

It’s a plus if you have:
* Knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus and will help in data analysis and process optimization.
* Experience in leading or participating in digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.
* Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management systems) and/or TMS (transport management systems).

Location and travel
This position is based in Örebro Sweden.
Global travel is an essential part of this role, providing opportunities to work with teams worldwide and experience different cultures.
