About the role

Global Procurement Program Leader in Automotive Industry

This is a longer consultancy assignment for the experienced procurement manager with excellent interpersonal skills and project leadership abilities. In a rapidly developing industry with changing supply challenges, you will be a part of a highly professional and high paced environment.

In this role, you will continuously support the program(-s) with:

Procurement perspective on interface to external brands and make sure alignment is done when needed.

Complete Product Program risk assessment related to Procurement deliverables across product streams.

Lead in solving escalated Procurement issues and drive for resolutions.

In collaboration with regional PPLs and via our GCMs you will drive:

Sourcing planning & execution according to SoB need (main focus in this period)

Release of PPAP orders and tool orders in time (main focus in this period)

Initiation of APQP in time

Release of PO for TT, PP and Production as well as spare part orders in time

In collaboration with Procurement Launch team and Procurement Enabling ART PPL I drive

Readiness in build series and launch (orders, APQP, PPAP , VIRA)

Support to reach correct Cost & profitability on vehicle level.

CIRs cross streams / Support on Capacity "CIR" related issues

Secure that capacity is synchronized.

Follow, act and report on achieved localization level

Handle PRR preparations & invitations

My Main Arenas:

IOQ WSU & LMM

Procurement PPL/GCM weekly meetings

Procurement PCM

PRR – Product Readiness Review (before TT)

DSU focus meetings & DRM-P in the technical program based on agenda

I continuously support Procurement internally with:

Procurement dashboard analysis & risks

Drive CIRs cross streams / Support on Capacity "CIR" related issues

Procurement Gate reports

Localization strategy on product level

Procurement input to DM Cluster/PMT/PMM/EMT (Information on high level content, scope etc. to teams (until managed via the ARTs)

My main interfaces are: Regional PPL, Procurement Enabling ART PPL, Procurement Launch PPLs, GCMs, PSMs, NML, Buyers, SQMs , Procurement mgmt., SCL, Finance, R&D RTE (especially for RCP).

 

About you

 

You have longer experience from the automotive industry. Furthermore, you are a highly effective problem and conflict solver who are used to work with high paced professionals. You have no problem holding yourself and other teams accountable for targets and act even when all information is not available.
