Would you be passionate about improving people’s lives with products that make a real difference? The Global Urology Platform within Wellspect HealthCare is looking for a new Global Product Manager. As Global Product Manager you will have a strategic responsibility for a segment of Wellspects’ Urology products during their entire life cycle. With your strong analytical and communication skills as well as your ability to analyze market trends you will develop and execute strategies to support sales growth. Further, by participating in product development projects you will be key stakeholder and function as the Voice of the customer focusing on the specific business and clinical needs. This role requires active collaboration with all company functions, our commercial entities around the world as well as other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the product(s) life cycle starting with understanding of the market needs through product development and launch until the product is phased out. This hands-on responsibility includes prizing, marketing, supply chain related topics, labeling, registration and legal and safety requirements.
Contribute in product development projects, as a key stakeholder and owner of the business case, to ensure successful commercialization of new products that meet customer needs and global market demands.
Prepare and implement product launch plans and align with commercial stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy.
Support the marketing and sales organization to ensure sustainable profitability, growth and market share.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products and activities.
Set direction and support the creation of product, education and communication material together with the Marketing Communication Manager.
Ensure regulatory compliance and support in market labelling processes.
Qualifications / Background:
You are knowledgeable in market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development and product life-cycle management. Experience from an international environment will be regarded as an advantage. You are inspired by our values and a sense of good humor comes naturally to you.
We believe you have:
Master´s degree in Product Management, Business economics, Marketing or Life Sciences
Experience in product management and development, marketing and/or sales preferably within the Medtech/Life Science industry
Strong analytical and hands-on project management skills
Business oriented mindset and a strong drive for performance
Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships both internally and externally
Full command of the English language, both written and spoken and good understanding of Swedish
Excellent knowledge in MS Office programs and a digital aptitude
