Hello, I am Jenny Larsson, and I serve as Head of Product Management at Tobii Dynavox. I am now seeking a Senior Product Manager that will join our Product Management team to lead the evolution of our Shared Cloud Services. You will drive key initiatives around aligning our web solutions, and our community platform, and also bring good understanding about privacy and security. As a key member of our Product Management organization, you will play a central part in shaping the future and setting the strategic direction of our Shared Cloud Services, while ensuring scalability, compliance and exceptional user experience.

Your days will be filled with:
Setting the strategic direction and communicate a clear vision for our shared cloud services.
Defining short- and long-term product/service goals that align with the company objectives, ensuring scalability and a high standard of compliance regarding privacy and security.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet requirements.
Facilitating strong communication between technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, actively sharing knowledge with team members.
Championing the voice of the customer to ensure cloud products address key pain points such as accessibility.
We are looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experiences.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management.
Minimum two years experience managing internal infrastructure development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Fluent in English language.
Demonstrated ability to learn from failures and use them as opportunities for growth and improvement.
