The Active with Kids product category has thanks to multiple award winning products like our Thule Urban Glide jogging stroller, Thule Chariot multi-sport trailers and Thule Yepp Nexxt bike seats been the fastest growing category within the Thule Group with yearly double digit growth and a revenue of more than 700 MSEK in 2019.

We are now continuing the journey with an ambitious plan to launch many more products in the coming years. To be able to drive that growth we are now strengthening the Product Management team within Active with Kids and are looking for a result driven, highly skilled product manager with strong business acumen. Job description

The Product Manager will be the Global lead Product Manager for our Multisport & Bike Trailer portfolio within Active with Kids. This means the responsibility to drive and define the global category plan for the subcategory, including:

- Portfolio strategy and Product planning
- Market/competitive analysis
- Consumer insights
- Go To Market Plan & Communication

We act as a strong team to get things done to enable the business to be successful. We work with speed and engagement in a collaborative manner.

You will be based out of Thule Group office in Malmö, Sweden, and be part of the Global Active with Kid Product Management Team. The position reports to the Director Product management, Active with Kids.

Experience

- Academic degree with a major in engineering or business
- Minimum 5-7 year experience from product management of seldom purchase consumer products or smaller B2B products
- Advantage if the candidate has worked within the Bike industry
- Experience from coordinating/leading in a global matrix organization and in an international environment
