As Global Product Manager, API and Integration Products, you will work in close partnership with colleagues across our different markets, IT, partners and other functions. You will be a key member of our global product and value proposition team where we develop, manage and lead the transformation of our products and propositions within areas such as Retail, Insurance, Loans & Savings, Deposits and Cards & Payments.

You will have a key role in defining our new product propositions and driving our transformation towards new distribution models and global consolidation.

• Develop and communicate a compelling vision for your Product to developers, partners and business stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management as this product set will span multiple internal and external consumers with competing needs
• Delivery of outstanding product propositions to our partners and customers
• Responsibility for our API and Integration products within our overall transformation, working with delivery teams to build backlogs and prioritizations towards suppliers and IT with global consolidation in mind
• Product and customer journey strategy; optimising products, processes and platforms in line with overall Bank strategy
• Oversight of product processes and profitability providing insight and direction to improve business performance
• Working together with local markets to ensure the strategy is delivered in the most fast, effective and compliant way
• Take part in Steering Groups, Project Teams, change forums and agile delivery setups as required
• Develop a robust approach to understanding and mapping the customer experiences across our markets and products, attributing both cost, income and satisfaction to all stages of the journey
• Responsible for ensuring well-thought-through propositions and experiences for new and existing distribution models.

Are you the one for Ikano?

We are looking for an inspiring and authentic team player with a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of API and Integration Products from a commercial and operational (compliance, processes, industry initiatives) point of view.

You will drive the roadmap for Point of Sale Finance Integration, utilizing your experience of eCommerce platforms, integrated payment products or similar.

You will build and maintain an excellent understanding of the competitor landscape and be able to position the Ikano offering in line with our ambition.

You will have a strong delivery focus combined with a genuine interest and knowledge of developments in the industry, together with a good understanding of customer and technology in a business context. Ideally, you will have experience from agile ways of working.

Great stakeholder, communication and facilitator skills are also a must in this position, and you are fluent in spoken and written English.

Previous working experience in a European multi-market, digital context is strongly preferred.

In this role you will report to our Head of Product Change. As you will be working within a bank-wide scope, the role will require quite a bit of travelling (when the world opens up again) and virtual meetings. We would like this role to be based at either our offices in Stockholm or in our head office in Malmö, Sweden.
