We’re looking for a Global Product Manager (GPM) responsible for defined products in Bordered Foams and Ag within Wound Care including implementation of portfolio plan and support to markets to drive business development and execution.
You will be reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager and will work as part of a team whilst supporting regional and local markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer to develop global visibility and career progression within Mölnlycke.

Your responsibilities:
Support the development and drive effective implementation of the defined product marketing plan feeding in to the overall marketing plan.
Responsible to ensure efficient life cycle management & GEOX plans for defined products within the portfolio, working with all relevant functions i.e. R&D, RA/QA, Supply & Operations.
Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns including content creation, secure effective use of right mix of channels including digital in cooperation with communication team and relevant agencies.
Collect customer, competitor and market intelligence to build insights and knowledge around customer needs and market development. Communicate this to relevant stakeholder in the organization.
Work closely with local markets to ensure appropriate focus, support and local implementation of global marketing plans
Responsible for cascading of new and updated clinical and Health Economic evidence to ensure the value proposition is complete
Drive launch excellence with local markets including prelaunch, post launch activities and follow up eg. report and monitor relevant KPI’s.
Liaison with Commercial Excellence Team to develop/roll out training/professional education including content development.
Continuously manage content, ensuring that technical product information, standardised marketing texts, communication, product resource information, and digital assets are developed, approved, updated, published and collected and archived according to the Global Communication Processes.

Your Qualifications:
Minimum university degree (and MBA or equivalent working experience)
Preferred 5 years minimum experience in both sales & marketing, preferably within the Medical Device Business
Exposure to med tech industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Preferably lived and/or worked in a cross cultural environment in a regional or global role.
Fluent in English, written and spoken
