Let’s make a difference in finance for the many people
As Global Product Manager for the Data Delivery domain, you will work in close partnership with colleagues across our different markets, Delivery, Product, Customer Experience and other functions. You will be a key member of our leadership team within Data Management as well as a key member of the virtual Global Product Manager team. The primary purpose of the role is to lead the Data Delivery activities within our transformation programme, which is following a SAFe framework.
Key responsibilities include:
• Understand the strategy, vision and target state for all capabilities within the Data & Analytics domain and create / maintain the transformation driven roadmap for the Data Delivery sub domain.
• Communicate the strategy, vision, target state and roadmap to developers, partners and business stakeholders within the transformation.
• Manage and prioritize the flow of work for the Data Delivery domain within the transformation programme
• Ensure completeness in the deliveries (functional integrity) from the Data Delivery domain (and support in the identification of high-level dependencies for related domains)
• Work with representatives from the architecture / development community to understand technical enabler work and plan for it
• Define releases and program increments for the Data Delivery domain
• Play the product manager role in various governing bodies and in the SAFe defined forums (PI planning, demos, Inspect & Adapt, etc)
The role is currently focusing on the delivery / “Get it built” part of the SAFe defined product manager role, but it should be expected that it will evolve into a role that also will be covering “Meet Business Goals” (working with the value being created by the domain and the cost structure of the domain) as well as “Get it of the shelf” (aligning releases with the internal / external customers that will benefit from the release).

We are looking for an inspiring and authentic team player with a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of data & analytics from a banking point of view.
We believe that we are looking for someone with the below background:
• Has several years of experience from leading larger change initiatives within data & analytics (not necessarily as a people manager)
• Has in dept experience in Datawarehousing, BI and Data Governance
• Has experience within / knowledge of Data Architecture and technical architecture for Data & Analytics
• Has experience from agile ways of working and preferably within SAFe
• Preferably has experience from the banking or financial services industry
And with emphasis on the below skills:
• Great stakeholder and facilitator skills
• Strong communication skills and can have discussions on different levels, ranging from developer to C-level.
• Takes ownership and takes pride in understanding your stakeholders and the business you support
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

In this role you will report to our Head of Data Management. As you will be working within a bank-wide scope, the role will require quite a bit of travelling (when the world opens up again) and virtual meetings. We would like this role to be based in our head office in Malmö, Sweden.
