Global Product Manager, Digital Solutions - Equipment Services

Our job is to supply the tools and services - the pots, pans, soups and sauces - they need to work better, faster and safer, leading to better patient outcomes.
We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our expanding Digital Solutions team. Do you have a passion for digital transformation and building new business? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do


Define new, digitally enabled offerings that support the growth of Cytiva’s equipment services business
Generate evidence-based customer and market insights to create actionable product roadmaps – both at a strategic as well as a tactical level
Work in close collaboration with Cytiva’s Services business in the development, validation and implementation of enhanced or new business models
Implement new or improved new business model through coordinating launch activities globally
Guide product development activities by clear articulation of customer requirements and prioritization of product development backlogs

Who you are


Experienced product manager with an entrepreneurial attitude
Self-motivated and results oriented teammate comfortable with managing uncertainty
Experience from equipment maintenance service business and/or digital business models
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) and ability to handle a large number of internal and external partners through remote or in-person interactions globally
Experience from customer-focused agile product development
