Global Product Manager Electronics

As Global Product Manager Electronics, you are part of the Marketing team in Sweden at the center of drive innovations and start initiatives in an international environment. Your mission is to ensure that we have an offer that is “First in mind, First in choice” for our customers when it comes to the growing demand for connected and automated solutions.

Your mission includes
• Secure a profitable and focused product offer within our key technologies plus focus on assembly solutions for fully automated robot cells
• Build business cases for new products, product enhancements and other strategic investments by understanding customer drivers, market players, and technology trends
• Drive the product strategy by identifying customer pain points and translating those into actionable business plans
• Drive global product growth by recognizing regional needs, identifying opportunities and participating in the creation of marketing materials
• Manage the complete product life cycle, from business ideas to phase-outs

You will do this through active collaboration with your international customer base by promoting our solutions and benefits, building competence, providing technical support and guidance about our product portfolio. An important part of your role is the continuous collaboration with the R&D team and Customer Centers to develop new, improved products and solutions.

What we expect from you
• Product Management experience with high level of customer orientation, an additional background in Sales or R&D is a plus
• Preferable knowledge about industrial automation or robotics
• A commercial mindset with interest to develop a growing business area
• Team player with the ability to lead and build a network
• Good communication skills with different international stakeholders, at all levels of hierarchy
• Ability to take responsibility and manage workload
• Self-driven, pro-active, accountable and result oriented
