Who are you?

About the Position
Pharma-line is Alfa Laval’s premium range of heat exchangers, for pharmaceutical water systems. The product-application compatibility is excellent, and there is a potential to develop the business further, by optimizing our business model.
As our experienced colleague is moving on to another position in Alfa Laval Food & Water community, we can now offer an opportunity to join our team for this exciting position.
In this role, you will drive and support the channel business for Pharma-line range, in close cooperation with our colleagues in the sales companies and their channels around the world. A large part of the value we bring to these customers reach beyond the hardware. Your contribution to our business is about working with these values, making it easy and attractive to work with the portfolio.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Key responsibilities
* Support and coach Sales Companies around the world in their work with established and new channels
* Support and coach new and established Channels with their sales activities in pharma market, making sure they have a complete Alfa Laval portfolio to offer.
* Together with pharma specialists from other Business Units within Food & Water division, continue the development of channel programs.
* Secure commitment from internal and external stakeholders to help executing the plans
We believe that you have
* Strong communication skills and being able to engage different levels of people from internal/external customers as well as suppliers.
* Experience from an international business environment.
* Experience in channel business development within technical B2B sales.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industries is a big advantage.
