Global Product Manager Segment tube applications

We are presently running a vast change program, thus increasing the work for the Marketing and Sales organization.We are now looking for a Global Product Manager for Segment tube application.The position is located at the Tube product unit in Sandviken, which is the largest product unit within Sandvik Materials Technology.As a leading manufacturer of tubes for special applications SMT has a unique ability in meeting the different specifications and requirements of the industry.It has the experience from being one of the selected suppliers in this field for many years and is regarded as the main supplier by many of the world's leading oil companies and fabricators.We are looking for a Global Product Manager, responsible for marketing and sales of our Special tube products, with a global business approach as the main target. Main responsibilities Responsible for profitability of the product line.Ensure that our products are sold in the most optimum way.Responsible for the Product Strategy including: .Product portfolio . Pricing . Supply and channels to markets . Branding strategies .Sales promotions and marketing . Investments Develop and drive the product strategy by: . Maximizing sales in line with PU-requirements . Maximizing sales of existing products . Identifying new potential special products . Product renewal Close cooperation and relationship building with key customers, our sales units as well as our production units.As a member of the PU Marketing Management Team, strategic involvement in PU key marketing issues and development.Your profile . Bachelors degree in Business Studies or relevent working experience..Fluent in English (verbal and written) is essential..Good strategic capabilities, including strong "change management".. Good leadership skills.. International experience is a plus.
