Global Product Manager Tetra Top, Carton Bottle

Do you want a position in which you will have great influence and the opportunity to drive one of the companies growing Product Systems while building global experiences?

You will be a part of the Marketing and Product Management team, whose main role is to define and drive the execution of strategic product roadmaps, ensuring that products meet the needs of the customers, and drive market activities towards profitable growth.

Your key areas to cover will be:

- Creating a clear vision for your products and developing strategies for successful product deployment
- Actively work with key Market Companies & Clusters on business development, launch plans and training in product portfolio offering
- Supporting KA teams in the Market Companies when selling the product to the customers
- Establishing product positioning, segmentation, business & value proposition together with managing the full product lifecycle.
- Being the voice of the customer and translating key customer messages into activities that in-turn deliver a sustainable competitive advantage to Tetra Pak
- Define and prioritise product development and improvement opportunities
- Develop strong alliances with a cross-functional team to ensure timely and successful delivery of the Product Marketing Plans


Kvalifikationer

You are driven, energetic and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions.You are a good listener and can motivate and inspire others and create understanding from audiences on various levels in different cultures.You have great communication skills, both written and verbal.

We think you have worked 5 years or more within Account Management or Marketing and Product Management.Sales/marketing experience from plastic bottle beverage industry is benificial.International working experiences from other countries are also beneficial.You have solid commercial awareness and are used to significant interaction with customers, understanding their situation in the value chain.You have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration or Engineering.You excel at both written and spoken English.
