Our Global Consumer Experience Organization is seeking for a Global Product Portfolio Manager for our Food Preservation product area.
In this challenging and exciting role, YOU will support the development of a successful strategy based on deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors and business dynamics, ensuring that we develop innovative products in close connection with Business Areas.
You will report to the Global Product Portfolio Director Food Preservation. Your Portfolio of products will be focused on the Food Preservation Area. This area includes sub-categories including for example side by side, multi door, cabinets refrigerators and freezers. Competitors, industry trends and consumer needs show increasing commonalities giving us opportunities for global leverage.
The preferred location for this role is Stockholm or Italy, but we welcome relevant applications from other locations as well.
Your everyday challenge
• Analyze global consumer, market and business dynamics, including competitor global strategy/portfolio/technologies/claims and key consumer and market trends/shifts affecting Food preservation
• Support development of the Sustainable (LCA driven) Global mid-long-term consumer driven Integrated Product Cycle plan (IPP), capturing key global and regional priorities and assure alignment with overall Taste strategy, Branded Visions and Target Consumer Experiences
• Give input to and support the prioritization of consumer driven Technology Roadmap, with focus on (Hard and software) technology/features democratization potential
• Support building strong Consumer centric Experiences leveraging on insight and trends together w/ Global Marketing, Consumer insight, Ownership Solution and Design teams
• Develop product claim road map with the aim to secure global leadership in key focus areas (TTW) supporting planned product launches working with Business Areas, Research & Development and Marketing teams
• Drive product and service opportunities assessments cross Business Areas, incl. specification harmonization and global business case development
• Accountable for summarizing, simplifying and sharing information globally, e.g.: Market/competitor info, Product marketing communication, Best practices
• Support evaluation of new partnership opportunities and help driving global partnership programs to deliver superior Consumer Experiences and business value
Who you are

Minimum experience
Academic degree in business and/or technical field;
Solid experience in product management and commercial/marketing areas with international exposure;
Experience in an international brand with matrix organization, ideally previously experienced from white goods or similar industry;
Project management skills, able to plan and focus on strategic priorities;
Strong presentation skills;
Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
