Global Product Trainer

We are now seeking a Global Product Trainer for the Net Insight Academy. We give you the opportunity to be a part of the journey to develope the educations department towards.

Net Insight Academy provides a comprehensive training program covering the full range of Nimbra products and offers in-depth product and technology knowledge for engineers, network designers, product experts and operational staff. Net Insight hosts open training classes on a regular basis in its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Regional training is also provided in different locations worldwide or on-site at our customers’ premises.

In collaboration with our Training Manager and with other groups in Net Insight, the role Goblal Product Trainer involves operational responsibility for scheduling, resource planning and implementation of courses around the world, as well as the development of new and existing courses for customers, partners and employees.

As Global Product Trainer you will provide customers, service providers and other stakeholders an opportunity to get the most out of the Net Insight solutions.

What you need for this position:
• Must be extremely passionate about technology
• Experience working with technical training and course development, preferably in an international environment
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; expert level presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, both in Swedish, Spanish and English
• Must be available to travel approx 70 days/year.

REQUIRED Technical Skills and Experience
• 6+ years experience in an IT operations environment or as a consulting engineer providing operational support
• Experience with networking gear (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• IP subnetting / network troubleshooting experience is highly desired
• Experience implementing network, security, application products and solutions
• Skills in technical writing with experience providing reports and documentation for customers

DESIRED Experience and Skills
• Experience as a Technology Instructor providing technical instruction to enterprise clients
•Experience in a previous Technical Pre-Sales Role
• Active CCNA (or greater) certification
