About the role and the team
The Global Production Planning team is a centralized global coordination hub - planning and executing production in Storytel’s existing and new markets. The team’s responsibilities span over all types of audio productions, as well as global translation projects and epub creations. The mission for the team is to secure/build relationships and workflows with vendors and individuals globally to secure Storytel’s production demands.

You will be a part of building a growing team and therefore given the opportunity to be involved in shaping and streamlining our internal workflows and deliver value to the organisation

The role includes:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Establish new and manage the relationship with third party vendors and individuals
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


About you

- Experience and understanding of end-to-end translation and/or audio production workflows
- Great coordination and project management skills
- Communications skills and being used to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Used to work independently in a structured way
- On a professional level, both written and verbal, in English
