Within Sandvik Mining and Construction Supply, the Manufacturing Development function is responsible for the processes of Network Restructuring including the development of Technology Centers.The aim is to adapt production and assembly to meet future demands, including support and development of lean production principles.Other main tasks are the development of Multi Segment Assembly Centers into world class performance centers and the Modularization within Sandvik Mining and Construction (SMC).These tasks are carried out in close cooperation with Customer Segment Management teams and with SMC Business Development and R&D units. Key performance areas Your role will be concentrated on leading and supporting global projects concerning SMC, regarding change/transformation/improvement of the production system (projects both within SMC Supply and within Customer Segments). Another main area of responsibility will be to actively support the process regarding global Modularization, in close cooperation with the R&D organization.We have recently decided to start several new projects, some within the segments and some throughout SMC. Your profile You have a technical university degree or are educated to a similar level.We expect that you have at least three years of qualified work experience from production, product development and logistics.You are result oriented and open minded with the ability to motivate people in a global network.Experience from successful change management is desirable.
