Currently we are recruiting for two positions to our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, one Global Project Manager and one Project Manager.
In these positions you will Initiate – Plan – Lead – Execute – Control – Document – Close, global cross-functional projects within our largest business area Wound Care, where they will both play a crucial part in realizing the strategy of the Business Area. As we continue to invest in our market leading product portfolio in Wound Care, we have high ambitions as we are accelerating our continuous strive for excellence and increasing our focus on product development and digitalization. To support our digital journey we are looking for a skilled (Global) Project Manager with experience from developing Software as Medical Device (SaMD) who can provide direction in a team where agile methodology is used in parts of the project while adhering to applicable quality standards within the area.
Key Accountabilities:
Profound Project methodology skills to ensure efficient set –up and management of projects
Secure that the project is executed to deliver benefits and meeting objectives according to the project plan
Ensure leadership and team building competencies in cross-functional teams in order to assure that each individual can reach their full potential
Ensure project quality, time, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction
Secure Stakeholder Management for involvement and commitment, communicate progress, flag risks and secure quality in project reporting
Secure Risk management to handle insecurities and remove / mitigate risks
Drive/engage Lesson Learnt and secure knowledge transfer within the organization
Drive/contribute in continuous improvement activities in order to increase overall project efficiency
Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience:
Project management expertise – strong knowledge within the Project management tools & methods of field. Must have a track record of driving projects, with knowledge of the Regulatory requirements and standards for Medical devices, e.g. MDD, FDA
Collaboration – Able to influence multiple stakeholders to get things done. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrix. Ability to build diverse networks
Result and business focus – strong business acumen and analytical skills. Focus on action and outcomes
Team leadership skills – manage team members well, gets the most and best out of team members and other stakeholders; sets and communicates project goals and timelines
Academic background with Bachelor, Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical Engineering or equal
Experience driving projects in the Med Tech arena
Preferably experience from working with digitalization in the Med Tech arena
SaMD experience meritorious
Minimum 5 years’ experience from managing small or mid-size projects
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in highly dynamic environment delivering new products, technologies and/or services
Fluency in English, written and spoken
