Global Project Manager

Job description

As Global Project Manager, you work closely with the sales team and are the primary customer contact for sold business, ultimately responsible for ensuring that projects are managed to budget, timelines, and specifications. This role is a key contributor to the company’s profitability, client satisfaction and Paccess’s ability to be the most respected packaging services provider among brand owners.

You will plan, direct and manage project development from beginning to end, and coordinate project implementation with other departments domestically and overseas. The role includes responsibility for communicating project related information such as project status, expectations, and deliverables to internal global departments, external vendors and customers. Furthermore, you will support the sales process with pricing recommendations through analysis of customer patterns. You will also have the task to ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.

You will be placed in Solna, however, the role will include both domestic and international travel. It is also important that you understand the 24-hour nature of the business and help leverage this strength by being flexible with regards to scheduling conference calls with global team members outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications                                                               

You have:

* Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
* 5+ years of project management, sales, brand management, marketing or other related experience.
* Prior experience utilizing project management techniques and tools within a global company.
* Background in supply chain management, logistics, packaging and/or print production.
* Excellent PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
* Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both English and Swedish. Basic understanding of Mandarin is a plus.

As Global Project Manager for Paccess, it is important that you are a team player who demonstrates a positive attitude and are assertive and tactful while persuading global team members to act in a timely fashion. You are also good at collecting and performing analysis of data and technical information where you have a strong attention to details. To be successful in the role, you have both the ability to work independently and the ability to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships. Further, you are a multitasker with great time management skills and like working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high competing demands. You also have strong organizational skills including an ability to set goals, maintain focus and follow through.
