About the job
As we expand in Europe, we are now looking for a new employee for our Service Provider and Operator team where you will be working with our largest partners. Unlike our traditional resellers, Service Providers and Operators own the agreement with the end customer and also handle the invoicing themselves.
You have full responsibility for the onboarding with a special focus on Early life. This means you project manage the entire onboarding with delivery, training, setup, and contact routes in sales, technology & finance. With the ambition to get out Partners ready to deliver and grow as quickly as possible.
You ensure that the Service Provider / Operator is able to sell, deliver, train, and support both 1st and 2nd Line. Your role is advisory in nature and you are expected to provide our Partner with good insights and tips.
About you
To do well and at the same time have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you have to be confident in technical discussions and genuinely curious about how things work. You are able to keep track of many things in parallel and are accurate while having the drive to move things forward.
Our Service Providers and Operators have large volumes of customers, so we need you who are experienced in project management, conducting customer dialogue, and collaborations with larger customers or partners. You will work closely with our sales staff and lead our partners who install, train and support their customers.
If you have experience working in customer support/technical support, (preferably in telecom, IT, and/or SaaS solutions), this is an advantage. But most important of all is your social ability and your superpower to create trust and long-term relationships.
Since our partners are located in both the Nordic region and in Europe (England, Spain, France, Belgium, Portugal, etc.), almost all communication will be in English. You are proficient in English and Swedish, additional language skills would be the icing on the cake but not a must.
