As Global Project Manager you will - in an international environment - operate complex product development projects related to the standard product portfolio as well as more customer driven cross-functional projects.No matter what kind of project you are operating, the work will be varying and characterized by all oppurtunities and challenges a global rapid-growing company means.Having the capacity to see the overall picture and work cross functional are necessary abilities to be successful in this role.Besides operating projects, continuous process development work is an important task. QUALIFICATIONS You have a university degree in engineering or corresponding competence and extensive work experience from project management.Leadership experience in an international environment and an ability to operate different kind of cultures and people without prestige-mindedness are skills that are required. To be successful you will need to work across the organisation and challenge the normal way things are done: the cooperation with other Roxtec colleagues are essential for this work to be a success. You are self motivated in successful times and in times of hard pressures and failures - with a healthy self confidence.Excellent language skills in written and spoken English and Swedish are required.
